Morning Flow

A satisfying mix of movement, stretches, breathwork, and meditation to get your energy and blood flowing at the start of your day. Modifications, assists, and variations make this session the right fit for all in attendance. 60 minutes with Annie Hanson.
Gentle Yoga
Tue, Thu 11:00am
A soft and smooth flow class where we take things one breath, one pose at a time. Gentle Yoga is a great place to make space to breathe in a variety of stretches and shapes. Plus, enjoy maximum time in Shavasana! This class is truly appropriate for everyone. 60 minutes with Annie Hanson.
Express Conditioning
Tue, Thu 3:15pm
A strength-building mix of tabata, pilates, barre, and yoga conditioning. This class will keep you on your toes with an ever-changing blend of formats and intensity levels meant to promote steadiness, balance, range of motion, bone density, and cardiovascular health. 45 minutes with Annie Hanson.
Yin Yoga
Wed, Fri 11:00am
Build your mind-body connection with awareness of the intense sensations of sustained stretching. This method targets the deeper connective tissues of the body (fascia, ligaments, joints) through three main principles: duration, stillness, and awareness. Yin brings us to the edges of our comfort, and asks us to surrender to gravity. 60 minutes with Annie Hanson.
Hatha Yoga Basics
Mondays 5:30pm
It's always a good time to get back to basics. Curiosity and questions are encouraged in this guided mindfullness session. This class will features alignment cues, clear and concise instruction, modifications, and individualized assistance and support. 60 minutes with Lauren Kvasnicka.
Strengthen & Flow
Tuesdays 5:30pm
For those who like their yoga on the spicy side, this class serves up dynamic movement, powerful sequences, and purposeful challenges. Move big, flow with intention, and cultivate determination through inventive vinyasa flows paired with targeted strengthening and toning work. Even with sequencing that elevates the heart rate, we'll stay rooted in a mindful, authentic practice. 60 minutes with Annie Hanson.
Ashtanga
Wednesdays 5:30pm
This traditional practice is a rigorous and rewarding physical experience supported by deep mental focus and detoxifying breathwork. Ashtanga is a structured, consistent sequence of postures that emphasizes synchronization of breath and movement, and often becomes a favorite of regular practitioners. It's straightforward, challenging, beautiful, and it proves anything is possible for those willing to try. 75 minutes with Annie Hanson.
Restorative Yoga
Wednesdays 7:00pm
This is a practice of deep relaxation and mindfullness done in prop-supported poses held for extended intervals. The aim is to support your nervous sytem and exert as little physical effort as possible, which allows the body to open naturally. Deep contentment in each pose facilitates an overall feeling of calm, peace, safety, and serenity. Anyone can do this practice, and everyone should. 60 minutes with Nell Benson.
Candlelight Slow Flow
Thursdays 5:30pm
Slow, smooth movements and gentle flows that feel fantastic, all in the glow of soothing candlelight. This session focuses on decadent stretches and range of motion sequences designed to leave you feeling limber and lovely. Appropriate for everyone, every time. 60 minutes with Annie Hanson
Enhanced Strengthen & Flow
Saturdays 10:00am
This super-sized, sweaty class gives more time for powerful flows, advanced postures, and deep conditioning -- all built in to cohesive sequencing that challenges yogis to focus and balance. Fun yoga stories and philosophy lessons help students round out their yoga knowledge and tie things together in a profound way. 90 minutes with Annie Hanson.
Yoga Nidra
Saturdays 11:45am
This simplified form of an ancient tantric relaxation technique combines guided imagery, breathwork, and mental intention to promote keen internal focus and relaxation. Although Nidra does mean "sleep," this is a practice of conscious awareness where the mind remains "awake" whlie the senses withdraw and the body enters a state of total relaxation. Yoga Nidra is the answer to burnout, stress, anxiety, insomnia, and exhaustion. All that is required is a willingness to let go and rest. 30 minutes with Nell Benson.
Easy Like Sunday Morning
Sundays 10:00am
Exactly what it sounds like! A simple, soft, come-as-you-are Sunday morning yoga practice. This is a very relaxed, approchable class for all yogis to attend and bring a friend. It's the perfect pre-brunch or post-coffee stretch session. 60 minutes with Kimberly Ashlynne.
